"朝食が美味しかったです。部屋も清潔感があって満足です。"

"We stayed at a lot of 4 star hotels this trip, but this had the best breakfast by far. Very convenient location, and just a great experience."

"It was a nice hotel to stay at in Helsinki, with a really nice breakfast buffet. However, I think the bathrooms need a little renovation. In my room, the bathroom looked quite old compared to the rest of the amenities in the hotel."

"Très bel hôtel. Excellent déjeuner. Très bien située."

"Location was great!"

"Overall nice hotel, but it is showing signs of wear and rooms are a bit outdated. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, everything worked and the breakfast was good."

"老舗なので古さは少し感じますが、過ごしやすかったです。朝食がとても美味しいのとやはり駅近なのでとても便利でした！日本人の利用も多く、サウナでの交流があり楽しかったです。"

"部屋のメンテナンスが悪い。 防音がわるい。 空調がわるい。 駅が近く、観光の立地は良い。"

"I've had the privilege of staying here on several occasions now and I have always found the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. My room was very clean, spacious and I got a wonderful night's sleep. I found breakfast to be a very enjoyable experience, a great selection of choice to suit most guests tastes. The actual location was superb, close to the shopping mall, restaurants and all the attractions of Helsinki only a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Amazing place. Great value for money"

"Hotel Ax has an very good breakfast buffet with unexpected flourishes such as ginger powder, pea protein balls for vegans, and yummy brownies. There's an ever-changing exhibit of art and a station to make your own art. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our request for a takeaway breakfast was cheerfully fulfilled. While the hotel is further from central Helsinki, it is well situated near West Harbour where Tallink and Eckero ships cruise to Tallinn."

"Great location, comfortable room, towels a little small, so much information would be good to have what you need at the top of an email. Entry code Booking code WiFi password The rest is secondary."

"This hotel is very convenient. You can easily walk there from the terminal without going outside. The hotel is clean and modern. We did not use the spa but heard it was nice. Breakfast was decent."

"The studios exceeded our expectations. Fresh, clean, like new. Staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond (due to our bags being lost in transit) would highly recommend. Close to the CBD One plus is laundry, washing machine in room. Shower’s great, good storage in room."
