"Conveniently located off of I-87, but between two busy rural routes. The reasonable price per night and photos on line made the place attractive. However, the motel is somewhat rundown outside. Grass could be cut, and the old pool out front, which was not usedable with a sign "pool closed", had weeds growing out of it. Our room stunk of mold/mildew and the carpet was somehat stained. We purchased Fabreeze and some air wicks to try to freshen the air. The overall condition of the room was...

"The property along with the amenities are the nicest on the strip,however the rooms are small And outdated. The rooms are not cleaned everyday, the staff provided new towels every day but did not make the beds everyday."

"This is our 3rd year here and they’ve made multiple upgrades around the resort. The staff is always helpful and quick to respond. My only issue was they advertise as smoke free but there were people smoking cigarettes and marijuana on the lake and outdoor sitting areas. If it’s not going to be enforced then create smoking areas/rooms."
