"Great air conditioned unit on the water on a hot July 4th holiday. Central to both sides od the bay to visit with son and his family who came to the area by sailboat and other family camping in Fairhaven. Sufficiently stocked and set up for our two night stay. Bonus being able to walk to the nearby bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again. Thanks."

"Great location, a couple minutes away from the chimney bluffs parking lot & Lake Ontario shoreline. The house is 20 minutes away from Sodus point lighthouse which we also visited on our trip. The house had everything we needed and more! The house was also spotless and so nicely decorated. The yard was completely fenced in for your furry friend. Highly recommend renting this place if visiting the area! Thank you again, Mike! "

"We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good.
