"No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."

"One of the best places we've stayed at, ever! Beautiful setting, lots of extra touches, and plenty of space. Fresh bread and a chilled bottle of prosecco greeted us, along with generous breakfast items in the huge fridge. The hot tub was heavenly and the shower is excellent (as is the bath tub). The curtains blocked the light nicely in the mornings, but then we could enjoy the huge windows and lovely views. Thank you for a great stay. "

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"Great home. Beautiful location. Only issue was the electric heaters where not in the home and hosts did not provide information where to find them. Just that there should be heaters. We bought our own after the host didn’t reply to our messages about where to find the heaters. Other than that a great place. "

"Great place to stay for our wee whanau. Heated pool was excellent! Although its not as heated as it states, so gets cold after a while. Town is a very short walk distance and brilliant food places around."

"Please remove “sound proof” from the room description. I had loud neighbours that were very loud where if I spoke their language would have been able to understand the whole conversation. May have been the lack of sound proofing in the locked door that joined the rooms. Other than that the experience was great. Comfortable bed, very nice food, friendly staff especially checking/out staff. Will definitely stay again, but hopefully with less noisy neighbours."
