"Took my dad for a few nights and he loved his room and walk in shower. We had the executive lounge which was great and all staffs from reception to working in there and restaurant were friendly and so helpful. Only thing I would change is the lighting in the main restaurant for breakfast - too dark and cannot see daylight. Everything else was great. Second visit there."

"It is in the most convenient station, with a direct pathway to the train station."

"Great location (close to train station and city centre, friendly staff and nicely furnished room. Only downside is mobile reception isn't that great."

"We got an update and room was fab. Lovely decor and bathroom and shower excellent. Loved the wee touches like espresso machine and towel robes. Hotel staff amazing, especially the waiters in the restaurant. Gorgeous lounge, bar and library with lots of comfy seating and beautiful views over the grounds. Pool and sauna etc really great. Breakfast good. Meal in restaurant good. Cocktails good. Some negatives The temperature in the room was so high. Even with AC on all night and windows open as...

"Thank you"

"The room shower i was in was disappointing"

"We partly booked this hotel because of the pool, restaurant and Starbucks but the Starbucks actually closed a lot earlier than regular Starbucks - 6pm so we missed it which was disappointing"

"Amazing staff great stay again."

"V basic room , not cleaned properly- floor felt oily and under the bed was disgustingly dirty"
