"clean, and comfortable, breakfast was great too"

"I booked this thinking I could relax before my 15 hr flight but I couldn’t. This morning I tried to use the pool and the access card didn’t let me, there was no one to ask for help around pr open the door. The coffee machine in my room wasn’t working, I wanted to grab a coffee from the hotel cafe and for that I had to pay for a full breakfast buffet. Eventually I was able to get some instant coffee only but there were too many difficulties to obtain a simple cup of coffee to start my day. Very...

"Safe and quiet location, yet near the center of the Providencia. Easy access to the public transportation, and good options for the restaurant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and staffs were friendly and helpful. I would revisit if I come back to Santiago."

"Me encantó el hotel, súper bueno e increíble"

"Muy buen hotel"

"Il est vraiment près de tous les sites et on peut tout faire à pied. Le métro n’est pas très loin. Ils mettent à la disposition des clients une machine à laver et un séchoir et ce gratuitement . Ils nous offrent de l’eau pure toute la journée par une fontaine d’eau"

"todo bonito y limpio , buena ubicacion , buen precio"

"Very caring and accommodating staff. We arrived at 1am and everything run smoothly. Thank you"

"Very good stay. I'll seek to be back in the future. One note, about fresh air. No window on my room opened to let fresh air in. This is somewhat understandable if the setting is to use the HVAC which likely will allow a % of fresh air. But as soon as you leave the room in the morning the HVAC turns off. And by the time you arrive back in the evening it's not good and takes a while to get good fresh air through the % of the HVAC."

"Buena localizacion, limpio"

"Nice ambiance , attentive staff, awesome breakfast , awesome views , pool not heated"

"Meh… great location though"

"Amazing hotel, great location, friendly staff"

"Sehr gute Lage"

"The staff were amazing as was the spa and the breakfast too. Great hotel overall."

"Me encantó la propiedad. Muy céntrica con restaurantes a pie de calle prácticamente y a solo unos minutos caminando del Costanera Center. Pedimos transporte Aeropuerto/Hotel y Hotel/Aeropuerto y el servicio fue de lo mejor. Muy puntuales y amables."
