"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. "Traveled with family (teenagers). The hotel was comfortable and staff were very responsive and friendly, (specially Yohans). Breakfast was good but not comparable to other high end resorts we have visited. Hotel location was central but not as walkable as other parts of the city (Bellavista etc). Rooms were comfortable but your expectations will decide the level of luxury. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Staff were the highlight. "
