"We chose this hotel last minute after missing our flight. One more night in St Thomas vs returning to snow? Ok!!! The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. "

"The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. "

"Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. "Air conditioning kept the room cool Our room was clean and comfortable. And we had a great meal at the restaurant on site. They did not offer any items that you may need for sale water as such. We would stay again. Hotels pretty neat being so old. Staff was exceptional"

"Several Other host Canceled my booking literallt at the lasr moment. Contacted customer service and the found this nice ducked off spot. Very nice view, room was clean and not too far from getting to nearby stores. My stay here was cool and relaxing. I would recommend. Tv's work but must have your own sign in info..Which I did not have. 5 stars for sure."
