"Staff were friendly and polite, the breakfast was just amazing."

"Bit confusing the layout but nice clean hotel and food good"

"The beds were extremely hard. Neither of us could sleep. The lifts so busy it took at least 15 mins to get in one as they were all full once at our floor. Many people abandoned the wait for the stairs but we had no choice as we booked for accessibility. The staff were lovely! Breakfast good."

"It’s a good hotel and I recommend it. The rooms aren’t too well insulated corridor wise so it cam be a bit noisy with people passing…suggest asking for a room at the end of the corridor if that’s an issue. Pools are good as are the facilities"

"Everything was fine - in the centre of town- however parking can be a problem- we missed the one around the corner and ended up going around and around looking for parking- felt like we walked half a mile to get to hotel!!"

"The hotel was great and had a relaxing atmosphere. Good food and the staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was nice but in the smaller side so I would try and go during quieter periods. The room was a good size and very clean. At breakfast there was a good amount to choose from if you don’t have any specific dietary requirements."

"Great"

"We had a lovely view of the river with excellent amenities and customer service. Additionally, breakfast was delicious each morning."
