"Unfortunately the elevator was broken, they did send a message just before we arrived so we could prepare for that. They could not provide conditioner due to a shipment problem. My niece cut her foot on the pool tile and they could not provide bandaids when we asked the front desk…..they said they were out of those too. The breakfast was good and the area was kept clean. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was pleasant to deal with when checking out. We made the mistake in forgetting...
