"Location of the resort is very good. Rooms are spacious, but need maintenance. Main pool, next to our room, was closed, till March 31, for maintenace. This means construction noise during the day till 10pm. We got a different room but this one was in a main corridor which means high public traffic and a lot of noise. Also this room has an internal door to the next room. Altough this door was closed the sound insulation was not present and we could hear every word or neighbors said. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. "

"We had an amazing time at Mandarin Bay Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, the transportation to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious. we especially highly recommend the Prime Rib dinner buffet! Our room was very clean and spotless, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed everything and would gladly stay here again. 😊"
