"Got locked out of my room two days out of the four. The staff on the first day that I was locked out was insistent that I was not staying there even though I had already paid for the 4 nights. Very argumentative saying that I wasn't in her computer. Told her my suitcase was in the room so how could that be. Anyway, she told me that I had to have a confirmation number which was tough to find because I had already deleted the email with it because I checked in the night before with no issues. My dinner got cold waiting for her to find in her computer. Once she did, she said I was in 133. I was really on 139. We went round and round about that. Told her my suitcase is in 139, so how can be in 133. You're computer is wrong. Finally, after a half hour of that, she reprogrammed my card key and I got in my room. The next night, same thing, card doesn't work. Back to the lobby I go. Different person this time who was very helpful. Seems the previous person only programmed it for 1 day, even though had 3 to go. The last night was fine. This was the 4th time I've stayed here for a week at a time. The last two times the card keys didn't work. Needless to say, I won't be coming back. I've had it."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays. It’s also worth noting that this location hosts quite a few events, so be prepared for the hotel to feel a bit taken over on occasion. Our main issues were with the room comfort and maintenance. The air conditioner is wired to a motion sensor, meaning the room can get quite warm in the middle of the night when you aren't moving. More concerning, however, was that at 3:00 AM, the AC stopped cooling, began blowing stale air, and started emitting a distinct burning smell. Because we had a very long drive the next day and were placed at the very end of a long hallway (making us wonder if this room is rarely used), we chose to just turn the system off and try to sleep rather than deal with a room change or maintenance person at that hour. We love the team here, but the AC units definitely need a maintenance check."

"Don't let the outside discourage you the rooms are actually very clean and they have complimentary breakfast which is also cool for me and my young children great stay clean and just comfortable"

"It was conveniently located next to family giving us extra time to spend with them. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast are standard breakfast. Persons at the check-in desk are extremely proficient"

"Between Travelocity and the hotel there was lack of ownership in resolving a billing dispute- each blaming the other. Recommend you stay away from both companies combined it's a trainwreck."
