"Staff at check in were nice but it felt clumsy…couldn’t find all my reserved rooms. I kept referring to my rooms by their name online to determine who should be in which of my 3 rooms and they kept using other names for the rooms. Manager upon check out Sunday was awesome as she always is! Room refreshes are great but in each of my last two visits not all details were complete. On my last visit before this last one, new shade was hung improperly and didn’t go all the way down. This last visit, there was no door strip between tile in entryway and outside carpet which meant our two dogs could hear and sniff more than ideal from the hallway. Overall I love this property and in the last few years under current management has been far better than previous years. I do wish I could remember her name as I feel like the hotel is much better since she’s been on board! My parents live about a mile away and this hotel is most convenient and a good value and I am glad it is there."

"I stayed here with a last minute booking since I missed my flight, but I really loved the place. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful to truly unwind. The home was clean, well-organized Overall, this was a perfect short stay, and I would definitely stay here again if come back in Champaign, IL. "

"The cabin was really peaceful and beautiful inside and out, nicely done. Bed was comfy and shower was hot. Upstairs was really nice, felt like you were in a treehouse with all the windows. We got to see about 10 dear that come right across the driveway, heard lots of birds, owl and woodpecker. We recommend for dinner Filippo's Pizza & Italian Food-(go early) food was great! We will come back for sure!"

"Breakfast the first day was Egg Omelet and Waffles. The coffee was cold left overs from the day before. No other hot food was available. Second day I went else where for breakfast. departure day there was cold coffee again but 20 min later fresh hot coffee was made available. they had biscuits and grave there but the grave was cold. All 3 days there was a pallet of debris across from the check in counter with stuff over flowing from it. Floor in my room was not clean, carpet was dirty and bathroom floor was sticky. Went to draw the dark curtain and found it was shredded. Large pot holes in the drive around the side of the place. If it was not for the navigator in my vehicle I would of never found it, not a single sign on what the place was. There was a US flag hanging outside the drive port that was shredded and tattered like no one ever cared. When you mention things to the staff they just stare at you and shake thier head then walk off"

"The property was very cozy, accessible and close to everything in the Mahomet area - Mexican restaurant, Schnuck, laundry and parks. The house was clean and well kept. The host was always available and answer all my questions from the date I made the reservations in a timely manner. Highly recommended. Definitely will stay again if in Mahomet."

"I don't know if anyone is actually taking care of this property. The room itself was a good size. The pillows were just tossed on the bed as if someone was in there sleeping and left in a hurry.They we're also totally flat. I'm pretty sure the linen wasn't even changed. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. I'm sorry guys. I checked in super late and was completely exhausted from driving to even complain about the condition of the the room. Our family just made do for the night an left as quickly as we could the next morning. This could be a good place if you take better care of it."

"Very nice hotel. Stayed here for UIUC's Mom's weekend. It's 30 minutes away from the campus, but a quick and easy drive and more affordable. Hotel and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast included. Free snacks in the lobby as well as snacks, drinks and basic personal items available to purchase. Great security looks on the doors! Easy check in / out process."
