"We checked in extremely late, but there was desk staff , and the process was very quick. We were only in the hotel to sleep as we had a wedding nearby. We were in the newer building which is functional and clean. The rooms in the original building though looked amazing. Wood panelling everywhere and a real stately home vibe. Our package didn't include breakfast. Parking was plentiful. When we check out a lovely lady (I didn't get her name) gave us some amazing recommendations. I would like to...

"Its close to the site I was working at and fairly cheep"

"Location is ideal, and spending day/night was from a good base. Staff are friendly and although we dined in the town at night, the breakfast quality suggested that an evrning meal here would have been nice. The use of leisure facilities aided to the relaxation."

"The location was excellent. The outside of the building within the rooms in it seemed a bit rundown, but the actual rooms were newly updated and very clean and spacious. There were lovely towels and a robe and slippers. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle with coffee and tea and shortbread cookies at the bedside. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I was very impressed and highly recommend this hotel."
