Absolutely outstanding! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the wonderful lady at reception who welcomed us — she was absolutely exceptional, so warm, friendly and helpful. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel very welcome from the very first moment. The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Our room was spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and delicious. The entire experience was truly wonderful. We couldn’t fault a thing and would happily stay here again. A huge thank you to the whole team, especially the lovely lady at reception who gave us such a fantastic welcome. Perfect location for what we needed. Lots of greenspace for kiddos to run around. It is 15-20 by car to city center and train station if you need to get into Glasgow central. But friendly staff are very helpful in helping navigate the baset way through.

The staff was very welcoming and lovely. The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very diligent. The breakfast was good with a wide enough variety that something different could be chosen from day to day. The only downside was the ability to get around without a vehicle of our own. Otherwise it had a lovely setting and was very relaxing
