"The staff was great, friendly, and super helpful. The lobby is nice and the room was good aside from being unable to avoid being sprayed in the face by cold water each time we used the shower as there is no way to avoid it. Our room was also not cleaned once during our stay. Minor complaints, overall it was a decent place to stay. "

"Room was dirty. Blood on sheet and matching blood stain on comforter indicating the bed hadn’t been changed. Toenail and hair on bathroom floor when we arrived. Pink mold in shower. Shower stall looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long while. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Sticky substance on window sill. Just gross."

"It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!"
