Clean room, mini fridge and microwave, and reasonable choices for breakfast. Close proximity to local stores and restaurants, and a good spot to stay if you mean to explore the New River Gorge area. Finally, a hotel with decent pillows. That seems to be a common problem now, so if travelling by car, I typically bring my own pillow.

Loved staying here. The location is convenient with enough parking spaces, and good dining options nearby. The location is just near to highway and the national park is not too far. The staff is very friendly. The check in and check out were very easy. If we ever visit this area again, we would like to stay here. The rooms were very clean and and the breakfast was good as well. 10/10 stars

It was a pleasant stay, all in all 4 out of 5 stars. The only thing that appeared off was the water pressure in the shower. Plenty of hot water just low pressure from the shower. Otherwise staff, cleanliness, breakfast, with the stay was great!!!!

Room walls and bathroom not clean, pink mold at shower drain, thin towels, worn out towels, worn out and stained sheets, I hope I can post pictures. WiFi not reliable. Provided breakfast just ok, the scrambled eggs were cold, no meat choice. Nice location.

The check in/ check out staff was great. The rooms were clean but could use an upgrade. The bathroom was small. The vanity sink had very little room for amenities. The bathroom door frame in my room was loose. The breakfast was good but the breakfast area was small and could stand to be expanded. Property was clean and safe.
