"The staff of this hotel are exceptional! They ensure every detail is perfect and make it an incredibly memorable experience for the guests. Everyone is treated in a special, personal manner. The food is outstanding- from the breakfast which has everything you could ever desire and tastes amazing to the finer dining restaurants that had dishes comparable to any Michelin star in the world. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the amenity spaces such as the gym and pool are wonderful. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay!"

"Great experience with this hotel, got an upgrade when we check in. Also, we left a bag there, the staff contacted me within 30mins after we left and shipped the bag home for me! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Beijing next time!"
