"I had a really great stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made everything easy, which set the tone for the whole trip. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I actually had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. I also appreciated the little details like how well the room was maintained and how fresh everything felt. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. It made getting around really convenient without feeling too busy or crowded. Overall, the experience was smooth, relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. Great value for money, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay."

"It was just a quick stop between flights for us. But it was exactly what we needed, a quiet place to rest before our next flight. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the surrounding area quiet. We arrived after hours and left before reception opened but staff contacted us prior to arrival and ensured a key was available in the after hours key box. Would stay agin ! Thanks"

"Everything was lovely however we booked to go to the executive lounge which was disappointing compared to many if the Asian Hotels. Another small thing is they didn’t book our bus to the airport the next day. A minor thing and easily rectified but should not have happened. Saying all that I would stay there again but not book the executive lounge. "

"Staff absolutely wonderful and kept the room clean and tidy. The room we had was a bit tired but we understand there is a refurbishment programme happening so next time we stay the room will be bright and fresh. The bar/bistro was nice and friendly, typical Aussie style, but the menu a bit limited. Set in an industrial area but central for us and cost effective. Would stay again. "
