"We had a 2 bedroom. It was tight in the rooms. It met our needs for a couple of nights. I thought it was expensive based on its location behind a boat marina."

"The room was clean and the staff is always wonderful. Parking was a nightmare because of the festival which had nothing to do with the hotel. My only issue is the breakfast , I wish it had a little more so I don’t have to go down the street to get something to eat . Honestly it’s not even an issue we will continue to stay here because it is a very nice hotel"

"Such a cute place to stay! Bill was super kind and helpful! I was only in for a quick night but I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Very attractive and convenient boutique hotel in Greenport. We loved the bikes, the snacks and drinks on each floor and the relaxed and professional vibe. John the manager is very helpful and professional. This is a great choice in the North Fork."

"What a great place , hidden gem on North Fork! it would have been nice if the Resturant was opened. We will be back"

"Was excellent."

"Great condo. Very nice location and grounds."
