"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"Be aware that if you plan to cruise or use the airport shuttle, do your research. The location is not close to the cruise port, so you will pay a lot in taxi fares. The airport shuttle only runs from 9 am to 5 pm. If you have a large group, they will not accommodate the whole group, plus you have to reserve in advance. There is nothing close by (food or attractions). The breakfast was good, the hotel's view was good, and the room was clean. If cruising out of Naples or visiting the area, I...

"Great staff, great property. Only issue we had was that mapping software didn’t know where the parking lot was. Once we figured that out, it was a lovely stay. Loved the breakfast too!"

Alors oui, en effet, on est en bout de piste, sur une avenue très passante, l'isolation est inexistante. Mais faut faire des choix. Pour le prix, avec parking gratuit, et à 10mn de l'aéroport, il faut faire des compromis. En revanche non, ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles, deux tout au plus."

"Make sure you use the shuttle service they recommend. Our driver gave up and dropped us off about 15 minutes away up 400-500 stairs. We grabbed a taxi from the airport, so our fault. Naples is very confusing, even for local drivers. The hotel, staff, restaurant and view from the roof are all great. Once you are up there you are stuck without a taxi. So plan on spending some money to get around and see some things. The stuff within walking distance was pretty rough."

"The front desk staff were amazing! However, the property could use some help. We stayed on the first and last night's of our trip. The first night the shower leaked everywhere, and the air conditioner barely worked. The second night the shower drained SO slowly. Both nights the rooms were super cute, with a loft area for the kids to sleep in and different decor/themes."

"Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint.
