"The hotel was clean, and room service/ house keeping were always on call. The access to everything was a breeze. I love the manmade beach however it did get super cloudy very fast so I only swam once. I had breakfast once at the hotel and it wasn't the best in my opinion. But over I will definitely recommend because it's walking distance to the bridge as well as Punda"

"The room was cleaned every day. The staff were really polite and helpful. The rooms were never stocked with bottles of water on inquiry they said they drink the tap water. The area around the pool wasn’t cleaned daily. The gym didn’t have a lot of equipment just dumbbells and 1 working treadmill. The location of the hotel is ideal to get around the town. "

"IL Mare is the private section for all the beach bungalows. The rest of the resort is not allowed over there. It has 24 hour butler service. It was the most amazing trip we’ve taken. The shoreline is a reef and full of tropical fish for snorkeling. The bartenders and butlers were amazing over there. This is a little bit smaller of a resort and was so relaxing and chilled out. If you want a crazy 24 hour party, this is not the resort for you. There was always activity, but you could go and sit and relax and have it quiet around you any time of day. so much food and drink options. We felt we needed to stay more than one week so we could experience all the different food on the menu. If you’re going to this resort, spend the money and stay in the bungalows. It is worth every single penny. You will leave with absolutely no regret. 24hr room service. We rented a car and drove into the downtown. Was easy. ABC rentals dropped the car off right in the parking lot for us and picked it up from there. We literally had nothing to worry about the entire week. The worst part about this resort is having to leave at the end of your vacation. It was heartbreaking to leave because we had the best time."
