A very American style hotel with equal ammenities. Very clean, excellent maid service, comfy beds and super clean sheets and covers. Food was also good and sevice also. Would highly recommend it!

If you want a nice place, friendly staff, and overall comfort, then this is the place for you. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially for those who don’t speak Spanish. Oh and it’s also pet friendly so make sure you bring your 4 legged friends.

Las instalaciones súper limpias y el personal muy amable, las amenidades son buenas, las albercas tienen buen espacio, el jacuzzi de la 2da alberca es muy agradable,e encantaron las estanques de peces koi y tortugas, y loas jardines están hermosos. La comida del restaurante las cascadas es deliciosa, tienen una excelente variedad de platillos y el desayuno buffet vale mucho la pena.
