Our property features a spacious house and a separate suite, both surrounded by gardens—ideal for families and groups of up to 15 guests who want to enjoy each other’s company without sacrificing privacy.

Here you can gather around the campfire, prepare a barbecue, relax in the pergola, stroll through the gardens, unwind in a hammock, or simply disconnect from the daily grind without leaving the city.

1. THE HOUSE

The house is laid out over three levels, designed to provide spaciousness, comfort, and privacy.

First Floor

You’ll find a spacious open-concept living area with a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island—perfect for cooking and entertaining. It also features a full laundry room and a guest bathroom.

Second floor

It features two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. On this level, you’ll also find a cozy living room with a TV and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, ideal as an additional space to relax.

Third floor

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a three-person sofa bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the gardens.

On this same level is a second bedroom, equally spacious and comfortable, equipped with a double bed.

All bedrooms in the house have private bathrooms, providing greater comfort and privacy for each guest.

2. THE PRIVATE SUITE
Within the same property is a fully equipped suite, perfect for those who prefer to enjoy a more private space without separating from the rest of the group.

The suite features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed, a television, a work area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.

3. OUTDOOR SPACES
The spacious gardens are one of Quinta Floripes’s main attractions. You’ll find a pergola overlooking the garden, a fire pit for evening gatherings, a BBQ area, relaxation spaces, a water fountain, hammocks, and an outdoor calisthenics area.

It’s an ideal place to take a walk, breathe fresh air, enjoy nature, and relax in a peaceful setting.
