"Room was spacious. Front desk was super helpful."

"Staff didn't clean our room we also didnt receive fresh towels and so when we call to the front desk we had to go get our on sheets and towels to make up our bed. Staff said they dont not clean up the rooms everyday then she said they were short staff so what is it? We are Hilton members and I really didn't appreciate the service that was given. "Excellent place to stay. We were on a family road trip and slept in multiple hotels on our way, this by far the best of them all. The location is great if you want to explore the historic district which is 15 mins away. The rooms smelled amazing, everything was very neat and clean. They have an excellent complementary breakfast that made the stay such a wonderful experience for the kids and us. This is our favorite new hotel to revisit! "

"My complaint was some of the things I expected weren’t in the kitchen. Only a few dishes for example, no dish cloth to wash the dishes. The toilet seat was broken. Shampoo, but no body was in the dispensers. Only on hook in the bathroom. I love the concept of this suite but poorly executed."

"The property was nice and served what we needed. If we were to stay there longer, we would have wanted more cooking pans to be available."

"Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way."
