"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."

"They wanted to charge us for the sauna and swimming pool facilities, which they call it “spa”. However none of that was mentioned on the hotels.com listing. There’s no fridge in the room, which was a huge problem for us as some food needs to stay in the fridge. And the bathroom door was hollow, so it’s basically useless"

"Hotels.com has to do a better job vetting the properties they allow to be used. This property is old, it does not look as nice in person as the pictures shown. The room was equal to a 50 year old super8. Shower grout black, light in bathroom didn’t work, only warm water for one shower cold for the second and very much in an under cleaned under kept state. Sent a message to the “Hotel” through the app and had no response. I would not recommend nor would I return to this “Hotel”. Staff were very disinterested in our concerns. Also did not clean the room, not because we didn’t want it cleaned but because we took the key. They didn’t mention this in checkin or any other time until we approached them. Big thumbs down. The area was awesome, that’s their saving grace. "
