"While the room itself provided a comfortable bed, the rest of my stay was marred by poor service and hygiene concerns. Most notably, the bathroom had a persistent smell of sewage which made the environment very unpleasant. The bar area appears to be significantly understaffed and poorly managed. On one evening, I waited 20 minutes for a drink while the lone barmaid was clearly distressed by the volume of orders; despite her requesting help, none was provided. On a separate occasion, the staff behind the bar appeared completely untrained and lacked basic knowledge of service. It was disappointing to see hardworking staff left unsupported and guests left waiting."

"Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!"
