"Great hotel but needs to treat all its customers fairly. Charging 40 Euros / day for a sunbed cushion (albeit bundled with food & drinks) is a poor way to treat customers !! Staff were very friendly but when we checked in, we were left to find our rooms (5 minute walk away with 3 flights of stairs) with our luggage by ourselves. A bit disappointing "

"Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. No decent sandy beach nearby, closest is playa Bastian and it’s very small with no facilities or showers to rinse your body or feet of the salt water and sand"

"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"The villa was exactly as advertised it was very clean and was beautifully furnished. The villa manager was a very nice helpful lady and kept the villa immaculate I would return and would definitely recommend "

"Wasn’t my thing at all. Food is consistantly awful. Entertainment was loud, cheesy and almost daily. Pool is ok. The hotel overall could do with some TLC. The staff were excellent, always helpful."
