"Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Room was very tall and echoy"

"Near everything--restaurants, stores. Great staff. My only complaint is with the TV. Very few channels and those that they did have, you couldn't get a signal to watch them."

"Process for checking in and out is simple . Staff is great and know what they are doing; often go above and beyond when needed or asked."

"For a suite, the sofa in the room should be usable. It was so hard, it felt like concrete. I ended up spending all my time sitting in the bed. Also, no lotion as an amenity."

"all good"

"The staff, especiallly the team there Friday morning for breakfast, was so friendly to guests and kind to eachother. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very good location for visiting soldiers on APG."

"Staff was incredibly rude. TVs were down and offered no help. The front desk staff was the rudest most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. Most certainly won’t return."

"Interior was very clean and updated. Room was comfortable including bed. Bathroom was very clean."

"Sadly, the property is not well maintained. Linens, carpets and shower need a refresh. Stains on walls, ceilings and towels. The staff are great, convenient location, parking included."

"The night shift employee. The guy had an attitude towards us relaxing in the lobby area that has TV’s and chairs which appears to be meant for socializing. He clearly hates his job and took it out on us. If your team is coming for the Ripken experience don’t stay there if he’s working."

"Staff was amazing as always. Hotel is in need of a refresh or updating. I have stayed here multiple times over the last 3 years and while I love the convenience and staff the condition of the hotel is making me consider looking for a new place for my next visit to the area."

"Clean room for the night, me and my pup enjoyed our stay!!"
