"Very convenient place to stay"

"Super clean and practical place to stay especially if you intend to stay more than a few days. The room had a fully functional kitchen and LR/DR area, large fridge, 2 bedrooms with more than adequate storage and a spacious bathroom. Free laundry facilities, gym and a open deck accessible only to the hotel. The staff is efficient, friendly and professional. The area is good for restaurants, grocery stores and not too far from the Museum area and huge park."

"Hotel is clean, staff is helpful and the toiletries/kits are superb. They set out slippers in the evening before you return. There is superior Nespresso coffee in the rooms and the views of the park are outstanding! Will stay again!"

"Great Location! Full disclosure- it is located at a 24/7 busy intersection but that's what Mexico City is all about. And you are staying right in the heart of it. I miss it already"

"This hotel was great! From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby, we truly felt at home! Don Jesus provided us with great information regarding tours we could reserve and helped us reserve transportation on several occasions when ubers weren't ideal. He connected us with Porfirio who manages the tours the hotel has to offer as well as manages guest transportation (both at a cost), if need be. Erick, another employee, was also wonderful! They all make an amazing team. We were truly impressed by all this hotel has to offer and hope to return soon! Also the location being so close to El Angel is a HUGE plus! Amenities: pool, starbucks in lobby, air conditioning, elevators (not all hotels in cdmx have ac and elevators), breakfast (at a cost), etc. The only complaint is that there are a lot of bars nearby that play loud music until very late. This made some nights hard to sleep. This is no fault to the hotel, just a side note - especially for those traveling with little ones."

"Would not recommend. The noise level was unbearable! thin walls, slamming doors, and you could literally hear the person next door having a full conversation. Zero restful sleep. The bed was okay but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The concierge was also unhelpful when needed. Very disappointing stay. There are much better 5 star hotels in CDMX worth your money."
