Excellent location right next to the Round Tower, huge apartment! No lift up to the 4th floor but we were aware, definitely not a deal breaker. Would recommend the apartment to everyone 🙂

Brilliant location, very clean. Large 3 bed condo. One family bathroom but that was fine for a family of 4 (2 were teenagers). We were there in a heat wave. Needed the fans to sleep as city street noise in the night meant having the windows open was a litttle loud when delivery trucks were moving about. Wouldn’t describe this as luxury, more like scandi-functional. We had to lug suitcases up several flights of stairs as only a few condos have elevator access so make sure request elevator access if you need it. Supermarket 50 paces away and a really good cafe downstairs. Would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Fabulous apartment, clean with plenty of space. Ideal location in the middle of shopping area and walkable to all iconic locations. Grocery store 1/2 block away plus delicious bakery across the street. Slept peaceful with no outside noise. Would definitely stay here again with my family, 3 children and 3 adults.

Excellent location, very roomy, full kitchen with everything that one might need for cooking. Beds are a bit too soft to our taste and the area can get noisy on weekends, but everything else was perfect.

We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning around 7am the garbage truck would be picking up garbage (not quiet) and albeit it is not in the control of the facility, this should be disclosed- especially for the price one pays to stay. The apartments are not air conditioned so having the windows open was necessary. There was only a compact fridge - like a mini fridge in the kitchen and I think from a design perspective a full size fridge would be more appropriate. There was one bathroom for three bedrooms (perhaps the nature of the floor plans), but the sills were severely water damaged and the cabinet drawers were extremely worn. Grout from the floor tile was missing as well. The carpet leading to the apartment from The foyer had not been vacuumed in some time and also worn. Ned’s were comfortable but the pillows needed attention . I have stayed at many apartment hotels, air bnbs, and hotels (from 4-5 star), so I have a fair benchmark of expectations. Staff excellent, property needs some tlc.

The location is perfect. From train is very local style buildings and surroundings. Variety of food choices around. In front of the hotel is the most famous shopping street. Even there is no physical receptionist. The entire process is smooth

The location is second to none to see all the main sights and attractions in a short walkable perimeter. The unit is modern, clean, and has plenty of space and was a great choice. The services team level of responsiveness and support are on par with international 5 star properties. Would highly recommend to any family or travelers looking for more space in the center of Copenhagen for touring.
