"The cabin was not only darling and a wonderful retreat, but the little touches that were left (s'mores kits, wood, lighters, snacks) only endeared the property to us even more. We enjoyed a hike on the nature trail on the property and loved having a cozy fire in the evening. The beds were also top tier and we all slept like babies. We can't wait to come back. "

"The property was in poor repair. The room shook every time someone went in or out of the entrance door near my room. Garbage was all over the ground in front of the entrance door I had to go into (overflowing garbage can). People smoking pot in the entry way, the smell seeped into my room. I asked for a different room and had to pay more money. "

"The hot tub was dirty but the kids used it anyway. I think that is because of the soft cover. I expected toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and there was some but glad I brought extra. I did have to go purchase silverware at the dollar store which I left there because there were 5 each spoons and forks and one butter knife. The sofa bed is no longer there so if we would have had 10 people as expected, one would have had to sleep on the couch. The only game was poker, no board games as expected. Overall we had a good weekend. Hiking was awesome as always! Appliances were all good and heat/ac worked well. From the Photos I expected to be more secluded but for the most part it was a nice getaway! "

"We love the location in relation to the area attractions and dining options. If you prefer to cook for yourself, the kitchen is incredible and well equipped. The best we have ever seen. Several grilling options are available. Bedroom is upstairs but the bathroom with walk-in shower is downstairs and very accessible. Well maintained hot tub just outside the main entrance. Too much to like and list."

"Belgium, waffles coffees, toast, granola bars the breakfast was what we expected it would be thrown was clean. The bed was a little too soft for our liking he kind of sunk into the middle of it, but overall, it was a good stay."

"This house was perfect for two smaller families. Cute decor, plenty of space for everyone, two bathrooms, tvs in all bedrooms and living room. I loved that they included plenty of towels and toilet paper, trash bags, extra blankets. This house had everything you need. We cooked multiple meals, grilled some brats. The location was convenient to the lake for kayaking and fishing and the forest for hiking. Enjoyed the sunset from the front porch and, had many laughs in the hottub. I would definitely return and recommend it."

"Nick and Shannon were great! Our girlies had the best time at their cabin, in the hot tub, and access to everything was easy. Definitely would recommend for a little getaway. "

"Overall, our stay was amazing. Plenty of room for us and kids. Views were fabulous, sunsets, train and not a lot of traffic. Kitchen was small but cute. Would like some smaller baking dishes but had everything else that we needed to cook. TVs in every room. It was rainy so we didn’t get to use the firepit. Hot tub was great, but the cement patio had a crack in it and held water that was slow to drain."

"Kitchen Was pretty well equipt. Internet and cable wasn’t working and with no cell service it wasn’t good not having any connections if we had an emergency. But over all it was a nice cabin. Kids played wiffle ball and we walked the trails. We took coffee pods but no Kuerig like i saw in a picture, not a big issue but didn’t take ground coffee. There was a little bit of coffee left in the cabinet."
