"on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

"Great vies but OVERPRICED for what you get. No sea view, no aircon, nor fan in the room, no robes, and a standard Kings size bed, rooms quite small and the window which you had to keep open, opened onto noisy back street. For the price of £300.00 per night I was expecting a little more luxury, which is certainly not how I would describe this hotel, nor my stay here and the price did not even include breakfast!!! Parking is a big problem too."

"We enjoyed staying at the cottage and would like to come back - which is a pretty good recommendation. We were very lucky with the weather and really enjoyed the garden space which was large enough to play racket/ball games and eat in the evening. It was a short walk down to the beach. I noticed someone else complained about the busy road and no pavement. The cottage is in Cornwall, I don’t know what they expected. The road was fine, not particularly busy and no-one in our group had any issues with road users Liz it’s such a short distance to walk. The kitchen was well equipped. The showers were clean and worked well. The beds were comfortable. The only slightly negative feedback was that the coffee table took up too much room in the living/diner once we had pulled the dining table out to eat round."

"We had a lovely stay. The beds were comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful. We had dinner in the bar down stairs and it was one of the best fish and chips I think I’ve ever had. The whole team were warm and friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even sorted out transport to town when we were struggling to get around! Highly recommend."

"Location is amazing, overlooking Treyarnon Bay. Short walk down to beach and little further to Constantine Bay. Free parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good security measures in place. Photo ID required for all guests at check-in and key card entry needed to corridor and room. Room was basic but clean. Don’t forget your towels and toiletries! Breakfast was very good. Reasonably priced at £7.95 for continental buffet with good selection of toast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and hot and cold drinks. Licensed bar serving drinks and food throughout day and evening. Meal deal for children eating with adults if staying at hostel. No frills but good place to stay."
