Was a very pleasant stay. Very personalized service from Maury! As we are traveling from Ethiopia, he played our cultural music and made the ambiance very homey. The hotel is very clean, new and is comfortable. Breakfast is very nice and the pastries are amazing. The team is very helpful when coordinating taxi services as como is a hard place to land a car.

All the staff is amazing and helpful, especially David. If David is on duty you'll be sure to have an extraordinary time. He helped us multiple times through our stay and cooks lovely food. The staff were always avaliable and eager to assist. We had no problems checking in or out. The facilities are good, and the view is absolutely stunning. Really, the view from the lounge area is just unbelivable. The room was nice, cozy and clean. It had lots of strorage space, both for toiletries and clothing. The room was also equipped with a TV which had almost every streaming service on it. This is one of the best locations to stay in Como.

Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! Hvis man vil kan de også stå for ordning af bådture eller andre dagsture som kunne have relevans. Alt i alt, et fantastisk ophold med en lækker udsigt
