"This low end motel is in an excellent location right next to the beautiful capitol of Texas. There is a lot of potential with this motel. The staff were very helpful, and the bed was not too bad. However, the lights flickering, door to the shower/toilet not opening, the tub spout falling off was not great. If they fixed up the units, and made an effort this could be a wonderful option for budget minded travelers. We easily walked from the motel down to 6th street, the capitol, and to good...

"Rude staff. I’ve never had a bad experience at a hotel. Completely unnecessary."

"This stay was not tue best. Upon checking in, we went up to third floor a d immediately noticed the ac was not on when we exited the elevator. Entered our room and it was the same. Ac was off and the whole room smelled funny. We turned the ac on and hotel front desk said it must have been off. Amenties were all nice but the third floor hallway was no ac the entire time and was not pleasant."

"This location has easy IH access with several dinning options and coffee shops; this is always very convenient for my travel needs. Rooms are always clean and quiet; it’s hard to believe even with its close proximity to the highway but it is a good place to rest and prepare for the next morning. The evening staff is the one I interact more and have all positive feedback to share - always kind and helpful. This is one of my favorite business travel properties to stay and recommend."

"The carpet smelled horrible and was wet as if it was washed with water, and with the air on. The room had a very bad smell."
