Nautical Owl - Two bedroom apartment at a Beachside Resort

The Location - Located at the beautiful Sapphire Beach, Nautilus Resort offers spacious affordable accommodation, surrounded with small palm trees on absolute beach frontage 7 kilometers north of Coffs Harbour. The beach is literally on your doorstep, only 100 meters away. Just 10 minutes down the road are the Moonee Markets, cafes, hiking tracks and even Segway tours! With almost everything you need and located conveniently near the beach and only a 5 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour city centre, the resort is central to everything one could need on a holiday getaway, especially with the beach on your doorstep.

The Apartment - Rustic yet modern, Nautical Owl is the one of the perfect places to stay in Sapphire Beach.
Surrounded with small palm trees, staying at Nautical Owl is like going on a tropical escapade.

Only 200 metres to the beautiful Sapphire Beach, this 2 bedroom house is like a second home close to paradise. With comfortable bedrooms, clean baths, a cosy lounge area, wi-fi and a full kitchen, you will definitely love to stay.
Love to take a dip in the pool? You will never get bored as there is plenty to do, relax in one of three swimming pools or two spas and seaview from the pool. Enjoy a game of tennis on two full sized floodlit tennis courts, and a BBQ area.

Going with kids? There is a playground waiting for them too. Nautical Owl is the best choice for small families going on vacation or for couples who just want a tropical getaway.

Lovely spot, shame about the details

Great location, our stay was spoiled by a distinct scent of curry, which necessitated the aircon being left on to; the lack of laundry powder which we then had to purchase; cutlery and cooking knives so blunt that I had to purchase my own the next day; beds that were very uncomfortable and I would have gone and purchased those if it was possible; dust on the ceilings which was very noticable from the beds; and overall dated property which did not justify the price.

Great location

The location was great.We had a couple issues but hopefully will be resolved if we stay again.Ants, leak in roof, no washing powder, broken glass from previous tenant, some doors that wouldnt close/open properly

Coffs Harbour Holiday Rentals

Reference number is CHA003294. Well what a disgrace these people are. A week before the holiday starts they inform me that a meter change has been scheduled for my 3rd and final day from 7.30am to 4.00pm. NO offer of another unit or compensation, just sorry. When we arrive there is insufficient towels for the number of guests booked. Then we turn on the lights and WHAMO, the electricity short circuits and we have no power. Rang CHHR and the best they can do is to say sorry (again) and that the towels will be coming soon and the Electrician will be "as soon as possible". Decided to put keys back in key safe and book another Resort. I have not heard from these people since. The electrical problem was more than a new meter as I was told. I believe that I was not told the complete truth regarding this property. Trying to contact Stayz is an absolute nightmare as you continualy refer me back to a Host who obviously doesn't have it any respect for their guests. It appears you (Stayz) don't either. I trust that you will at least give me some help with this less than helpful CHHR, who you rate as a top host. My rating is "SLUM HOST". Regards Graham.

Clean and quiet

I haven't stay at Nautilus for nearly 20 years. The unit was super clean and comfortable. The resort itself is a little dated and I'm a little disappointed that there is no restaurant for breakfast but overall it was comfortable, clean and quiet. We enjoyed having dinner and a wine at the seating at the beach.
