"The location of this hotel is unbeatable, and our family room had a stunning view of Edinburgh Castle. A special thanks to Ethan and the friendly team for making us feel so welcome. There is no a/c in the room, but with the fan and an open window, it wasn't an issue at all given the Scottish climate. We skipped breakfast but had a nice dinner at the Metro restaurant, where the service was also great. Our kids really enjoyed the nice pool area after a long day of sightseeing."

"The staff went above and beyond!!! The room was very clean. We ordered a burger one night, another night the charcuterie board..EXCELLENT!!! Both recommended by the staff. Then our bartender made us fabulous drinks to include a stamped 1816 cube for my whiskey. Beautiful craftsmanship in his drinks.
