Quaint rural pub in pretty village, close to a small market town of Clitheroe. Staff were lovely, the accommodation is stylish and good quality, Lots of parking safe for solo female travelers.
Staff were very welcoming, my room was large, really cosy, quiet & comfortable. Having Gluten free options for breakfast was a great plus, too, as 2 of our party are Ceoliac
Lovely pub stay in a beautiful village with 2 other pubs offering food. Great walks long or short.
Food was good pub grub . Bed and room was comfortable,
Breakfast was exceptional, service by all staff fantastic.
Lovely pub hotel, descent outside space and parking [van]
Nice room and good food, probably the tastiest griddled burger i have had in years.Nice friendly staff, Will be back again as soon as work takes me in that direction.
Huge car park. Room was very nice. I needed a walk in shower and one phone call a little while before we were due to go sorted out a room with accessible shower. Set in a pretty village.
Breakfast was really good. Evening meal very good too.
Extremely pleasant staff.
We booked The Waddington arms as we were going to a family wedding being held close by at the Out Barn. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the clitheroe/Waddington area. A good base to explore some lovely countryside.
The Waddington Arms is a centre piece location in the beautiful village of Waddington. It ticks all the boxes of what you would want from a country pub.
Great staff, food, atmosphere cozy log burner .
Nothing negative to report.
Been a few times to the Waddington Arms,
Good value in a great location, all staff work hard, and are friendly and want to be helpful.
We stayed in the new refurbished cottage right next to the pub- all kept clean with good quality towels, changed daily and plentiful, no wardrobe in the room,a robe hook on the bathroom door along with a shelf in shower/ shelf/ cupboard for basin bits and pieces, minor issues really though.
Tea / coffee tray/ complimentary biscuits/water, excellent. Back to the pub-great beers and great choice of food at a reasonable price.we will be back!
Thanks to all staff.

Lovely staff who were very helpful.
For a four star hotel there were significant lacks. No grab handle for the in bath shower. No glasses or sufficient towel rails in bathroom. Furniture too rusticated.
A beautiful old building but details have been missed.
Lots of parking, breakfast fantastic, great choice, staff ever so pleasant and helpful, great surroundings. All the food is out of this world. A great experience
We stayed for two nights for a local wedding venue. The Pub, Food and drinks and hospitality were excellent ! However The rooms were ‘ok’ but slightly dated now, and in need of some upgrades.
But on the whole a great stay 👍
