"The location was right in the middle of town, and was perfect for seeing the sights. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with suggestions of restaurants, things to do, etc. The rooms were old, but clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast, brought to our room in the morning, was a very nice treat. The pool and spa area was great."

"Beautiful property—low key chic and very hospitable. Perhaps the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve ever slept on!! Room was large and well appointed, with lovely design details and thoughtful amenities (such as multiple design-driven power outlets placed throughout the room). Staff was lovely, restaurant was really good. Have stayed in many properties in this area, and would definitely bump this to the top of our recommendations list! For travellers’ context, would compare to The Hotel San Jose in Austin or The Clayton in Denver."

"My fiancé and I stayed in the separate cottage, which we very much enjoyed! The cottage is comfortable and has a handicap accessible bathroom. There was street parking nearby which was convenient. Front desk staff was professional and helpful! Location is great right in downtown Calistoga, and we loved the pizza at the Calistoga Inn Restaurant!"

"This possibly was the cleanest hotel/motel I have ever stayed at The only thing missing was vending machines . The weather was hot so water would have been nice But that was a minor thing. I would recommend this place,and will stay there next time."

"The property itself is really nicr, but the restaurant was incredibly disappointing, and the staff — while friendly — were not remotely knowledgeable about the area or the hotel itself. How late is the hot tub open? “Great question, no idea.” Can we get a second ice bucket? “Not sure if we can do that.” Where is there a nice walking trail nearby? “I think the closest one is like 40 minutes away.” (Spoiler: there were multiple within 5-10 min) So if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay and don’t intend to eat on property or ask the staff any questions, this is the place for you!"
