"Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel."

"Super well redeveloped historical building into a gorgeous boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, always smiling and always offering help. Claudio even curated a travel map for us. "Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. "Our apartment was very large with a beautiful old private courtyard. It was perfectly quiet and almost 100% dark at night - the best place for sleeping I think I've ever been in. We had some problem with the reading lamp and the hosts, who are nearby, fixed it immediately. Outstanding! The place was nicely decorated, easy to enter - all in all, far better and less expensive than a 4-star hotel."

"We loved our stay here. It’s a special property and inn. The hosts Lorenzo and Giacomo are so kind and helpful. They also can be trusted on restaurant recommendations. We found the food in Siena to be amazing. The daily breakfasts are excellent with fresh ingredients and many choices. The setting and views could not be better.
