The only issue is that you could hear everything through the walls and people has not respect.

Worst experience ever, it was below freezing and no heat, calling multiple times and they only said maintenance is on the way for 2 hrs, then they said working on it, then they say not able to fix it so I had to deal with it, then I asked for a partial refund as not all services purchased were given, answer is sorry but no. Parking is very far from the rooms, you have to walk a good deal, if you have many baggage, it will be a challenge to get to your room.

La primer noche estaba la habitación tan helada que tuve que dormir en mi carro mi cuarto estaba congelado y no tenían ni una cobija fui a recepción y no había personal otra cosa que no me agradó no dejan estacionarse cerca del área del restauran que es solo para empleados pero te quitan de una manera prepotente

Buen servicio, atención inmediata, limpieza, sólo que el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, nos dieron sólo una almohada en una habitación para dos personas con cama King, y el control de la TV es muy lento, en general todo lo demás muy bien.
