"Everything about this property during my recent stay was flawless. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted at the door by staff. The early check in was pleasant and extremely helpful after a long day. The room was ready and exactly as advertised. Only issue with the room was the wifi, but that was resolved with a quick room move to a similar room. The amenities offered by the hotel were exactly as I needed for this trip, using them when needed. The staff were all extra accommodating and very helpful even if there was a bit of a language barrier. My only true issue was the daily breakfast selection. Would’ve been nice to have more options available for pickier eaters, but I didn’t book this hotel for its free breakfast and I’m not complaining as I ate almost everyday I was there. The location of this hotel is perfect too. Close to everything you need and only a 10 minute drive to the airport, and 25 minutes max to downtown. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who travels to Tampico as I will book there in the future again."

"Overall, everything employees was very helpful. They tried to answer all your questions be helpful all the time and I love the restaurant on the side was a small, but a very warm house feeling in the food was good. I just tried the breakfast and every day was very tasteful. Very nice very clean and the coffee delicious"

"En mi caso puedo decir que hubo un muy buen servicio de su personal. Gracias. -Las instalaciones estan en buen estado, el estacionamiento amplio aunque saturado, mi cuarto en la panta baja era amplio y limpio con un televisor grande, internet y cable; no se en que condicion esten los de el segundo piso. -No comi en el restaurante del hotel pero podran encontrar buenos restaurantes y centros comerciales muy cerca. -Esta lejos del centro para ir a pie pero en auto llegas en unos 15-20 min y puedes dejarlo en el estacionamiento subterraneo de la plaza por unos $25 pesos x hora. -La calle principal es muy transitada por lo que a veces hay mucho trafico cuidado al conducir o al caminar. -La piscina es amplia y disfrutable cuando no hay mucha gente. ***En el hotel un huesped comento que le habian robado, no supe los detalles, yo desconfie principalmente de otros huespedes mas que del personal del hotel. Cuiden sus cosas."
