Beautiful House

We only stayed for a long weekend but it was perfect! The house had everything we needed and it fit our family needs. We stayed in the fall so we couldn’t enjoy the pool but it looked very nice! I would highly recommend!!

Lovely home! Very comfortable and cozy! Plenty of room. Looks just like the pictures. Very clean and well supplied. Really enjoyed the fire pit also. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved our stay. Everything was clean. Beautiful property. Would have liked to have had Yahtzee to play. Just a suggestion to maybe have some kind of heat source out on the covered porch.

Hidden Gem

This property is truly a hidden gem of vacation rentals in the area. The home was very clean with lots of modern updates and is even bigger than it appears in the pictures. Very attentive host and responsive communication. I would definitely stay here again!

A Really Sweet Stay

The property is absolutely great. We just happened to be heading to Tarlton for the weekend, and the family we visited had no idea that there was a rental in such a small town. The guidebook includes a lot of helpful information on things to do in the area. Based on recommendations we ate at the local restaurant. We visited family but also got to go to Columbus, Chillicothe, Hocking Hills, and Circleville. This location is easily accessible and centrally located for many activities in central Ohio. Looking forward to stopping again.

Relaxing family get-a-way

Every year I take my parents away for some sight seeing. Unfortunately, I lost my mother 2 years ago; however, we keep the tradition going with my father. This home was absolutely beautiful and clean! Although it rained almost every day, we enjoyed sitting out on the covered deck listening to the rain and reminiscing. We also drove through the Hocking Hills area, which was very scenic. If our family is ever back in this area, we would definitely stay at the 'Main House' again.

Great Place!

I booked this for my family and it was great! We spent a long weekend here and played outdoor games, swam in the pool, and had a fire each night. It's a great house and very spacious for a family gathering. Everything was clean and we all enjoyed our time here!

Very Nice Place!

This place was a great stay for us for our weekend in Circleville. It is about 12-15 mins from the fairgrounds which is where most of our time was spent. It's an easy drive and easy to get to the main strip for food and grocery options. House was very clean and cozy. Extremely quiet and much more spacious than can be realized online. We are already scheduled to stay again next month. Highly recommend.

End of Summer Stay

We are a family of 5 and wanted to get away before school started & wanted to be near Hocking area. This place was a winner simply for the pool! Our kids swam the whole trip! The house is nicely done & very spacious with the kitchen having a nice open feel. We grilled most nights and had a fire. HH was 25 mins away for a day of hiking. The supplies provided in the kitchen were extremely helpful! Bathrooms were stocked as well. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very quick with communication. We will keep this on our list for the future!

Perfect Getaway

We have been to a lot of different places, and our adult (mid-twenties), married kids all said that this one is a favorite. We teased that we almost want to keep it a secret because once the word is out, we think it may be a hard one to book! 😊. It’s too good of a place not to share though. The small towns were such a nice, quiet change of pace, and yet, we were so close to Columbus, that we drove up to go eat at the last remaining York Steak House. We also found several nice dairy/burger places, and a great pizza place a few miles down the road. We usually eat at our rental, and we could have. There was a fully equipped, amazing kitchen, as well as a multi-level deck with a nice grill. We just chose to eat out on this trip because of our schedule. Our family really enjoyed the pool, and we were amazed at the layout of the house. The hosts took extra care making it feel welcoming and yet spacious. They thought of so many extra details. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. There were several places where we could all hang out, but there were also places to go and sit if we needed to just think, read, or have a quiet time in the morning. We can’t say enough. There were six in our party, and all of us loved it! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place. We feel truly refreshed after just a weekend. We hope you are able to be a place of peace and respite for many more families who want to unplug, recharge, and have quality time together. Thank you again.
