The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking for 1 vehicle with additional parking on the street as needed on a first come, first served basis.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located at the front door, actively monitoring the front walkway and driveway. The second is located at the back porch, actively monitoring the walkway toward the home.

This home is located in the Evanston neighborhood, close to several attractions and points of interest. Beyond this area, there’s still so much more to explore.
