"The staff and breakfast was good. Staff went out of their way to treat us right. The location was great. Now the bad. 1 out 3 elevators were working. Construction and water damage in the terrace area. I was supposed to have a king bed, it was more like a small queen. No sound proof walls, you can hear the hallway and next door. The hotel is not 4 star, maybe 2 and 3 on a good day."
