"Room was adequate but could do with upgrade. Very old TV. Bathroom was certainly not well maintained. Shower taps were covered in rust. Air conditioning was very noisy and inadequate"

"The room was ok but a little small, ok for 1 or 2 nights with very little storage . The bathroom had a glass door with no lock which we didn't like. The shower was good but ended up with water all over the floor cos the screen wasn't big enough"

"Had an overnight stay at The Kings Arms. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. There were nice touches like having a Nespresso machine, biscuits and having water and milk in the fridge. It is a 15 minute walk to Christchurch station, which is handy. If you wanted to drive the only thing to bear in mind is that the car park is opposite the hotel and not very big. The staff were very helpful."

"Drop point, taxi. Some time drop us outside near first building near main road, therefore signs to get to reception are no guiding clear, because the area, is big and also at night time arrival can be a challenge."
