"We had a fantastic time at the hotel and spa. The room was modern, well equipped, bright with lovely views but needed air conditioning! The proximity to the town and surrounding attractions was perfect for our sight seeing break. We are looking forward to rebooking for Christmas. Thanks for a lovely stay."

But I realised it was self service and limited range, Staff very nice but breakfast not great value for money, Similar standard to Premier Inn Otherwise excellent experience"

"The hotel is very good and should be excellent. Unfortunately, it is let down in one area, the restaurant. We had issues at breakfast on both mornings as did others seated around us. I would describe the breakfast as “chaos”. It is a shame because aside from that the hotel is very good. The check in staff were excellent and the spa is more than adequate."

"We returned from a very busy day at 10.30 to find that our room had not been serviced - we had not opted into the scheme whereby guests can forgo a clean and receive a voucher to be used in the bar. Miguel went out of his way to supply the required teas, coffees towels etc. Thank you for your help Miguel."

"Lovely location and a very welcoming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was spacious with good amenities and very accessible. The hotel is dog-friendly and our room was perfect with an external “patio” door giving access to the large and very nice garden."
