"Amazing location if you want to be near the Brisbane nightlife in Fortitude Valley with all the bars and restaurants close by, but far enough away so you don’t get all the noise and crazy people walking past. Convenient to bus stops and trains station for getting around to city or to the airport. Room was clean, aircon was great. Need to update their listing though as there is no on site rooftop bar/cafe. Closed down quite a while ago. Staff were all good. Would stay again."

"We had a lovely stay overall. The staff member who checked us in, Raneem (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly), was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She really set the tone for a great stay. The hotel itself is beautifully presented and felt very clean throughout the common areas. We did have a couple of small issues with our room, the wardrobe sliding door was already broken when we checked in, and after room service the next day there was still some dirt, hair, and small pieces of toilet paper left on the bathroom floor, so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly. Aside from those minor things, the service was great, the people were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back."

"Location is great, walking distance to everything. Parking is 45 AUD per night, easy access to motorway. We got a room on the 53th floor, facing the south bank, amazing view, we absolutely loved it. Room size is good, fully equipped. We stayed for 7 nights, but didn’t get the mid week free room service. Overall, we recommend this place and will definitely stay here again."

"Review: Worse Than Before – Avoid Second stay after being promised improvement — it was worse. Concierge was unhelpful and disorganised. Told there was valet, but there’s no real on-site parking — ended up wasting 30 minutes finding a space myself. Staff presentation was poor (one concierge visibly dishevelled and stained shirt). Room was unacceptable: No TV, no internet, no working phone Dirty towels Basic items missing Reported issues — nothing fixed. Overall, service was appalling. Won’t return."
