"Bar staff were great as were front desk. ( only ones we Interacted with). Cookies always a big hit! Not walkable to town. Huge hill but trolley service does come to the hotel so not really a huge deal just an fyi"

"Hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable. Sarah and Julie at the front desk were so nice and helpful. Rooftop bar, restaurant and outdoor patio had gorgeous views!"

"The pool closed for maintenance during our stay. We were not aware of this when we booked. They drained the pool water out the back door to a creek. Meanwhile, the doors were open to the cold so we could not even use the lounge area. Very disappointed. This was our third time to visit the property. No problems prior."

"Had a great variety for breakfast. The scramble eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Had to go deeper in pan to get warmer food. Great view from balcony of the creek stream. The balcony had spider webs around light fixture and rails.The front door didn't have a peep hole. No closet for clothes only hooks located on walls. I believe I was staying in the older rooms of the Hotel. Hotel located in a good location. I was charged $5.00 per day for parking. The staff was friendly. The room was clean."

"Pretty nice place close to the center of town. You can walk everywhere easily which is a big part of it for us. The rooms are updated. Bathroom Could have been a bit cleaner and still needed some repairs but overall good. Water Pressure was Great! Water was Hot! They were nice enough to let us add a day to our stay, and then cancel free of charge at the last minute when our plans suddenly changed. Very nice people."
