"Bed sheets were dirty, my car was hit in the parking lot and no cameras were available to see what happened. The swimming pools were closed online it didn’t mention that."

"Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in a while! It’s incredibly clean and well designed, staff is super nice, the amenities are amazing and nice, the gym is really great, they have Starbucks coffee shop on the bottom floor in an amazing lobby, you really couldn’t ask for a better hotel!"

"The staff was very good. When I asked for my room to be changed to the 2nd floor for a better view,it was taken care of right away."

"Staff were awesome and really tried to make our stay better, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is definitely due for a renovation. Our first room was not clean—the tub was heavily stained, there was hair on the wall and floor, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We were moved to another room, which was an upgrade with a fireplace, but it still had issues. The fireplace had chipped rocks, the walls looked like they were mid-prep for painting, and the bathroom floor constantly had standing water with no clear source. We were on the 5th floor and the main elevator kept breaking down. At that point, we didn’t want to go through moving again, so we just made it work—but overall, the condition of the rooms really took away from the experience."

"Had a nice stay at this hotel only complaint is the beds aren’t very comfortable to sleep in and they have a fire pit that needs to be light by a lighter if you want to use it so you will have to light it yourself or wait for maintenance. Parking is another additional fee that isn’t added into your stay until check in. Also had the same breakfast everyday. Overall tho we had an excellent stay."

"When they say keep trash closed there’s bears they mean this literally everyday of our stay we seen bears. The rooms are clean the balcony views was peaceful and well worth the visit! I hope to revisit in the future to use the pool if your thinking should I stay here YES you should at least once for the views and experience "

"Our room was clean except the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We said something to the front desk about it and housekeeping came by and gave us fresh towels-not what we asked for. Other than the floor, it wasn’t a bad stay."
