"The room was very nice clean well maintained. I had a room facing the river, which was wonderful except for the noise street noise. The attraction next door to the hotel is a” haunted mansion.” The music from this attraction played all day and into the night, which was extremely annoying, and made it hard to sleep"

I had called months before our check in to see if both condos were together and they said yes, get there to check in and we are on different floors, didn't like that. Was told "sorry". Last two days didn't have hot water, was told the water heaters were a little away from out condos, to let the water run for a bit.... Never did get hot at all. Otherwise I would stay again if need be!!"

"Staff at the front desk were amazing Nick and Cassie are the best. We travel frequently and these are two of the best! Room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was fantastic. We walked to downtown although a trolley stops right in front of the hotel. Coffee and breakfast in the morning is extra at the onsite restaurant. Open for dinner too. Log Cabin Pancake House is a short walk down the street. Overall a great location."
